ABOUT Birkby Bargains

“Great shop for bargain prices! We needed a new washing machine and a good dryer but we didn’t want to spend too much. This was the best option for us. The appliances are working very good, into a normal shop we will have payed a lot more for the same. Few scratches, nothing important. Washer 10 kg A+++ Beko, dryer Beko 10 kg A+! Very kind and nice treat service. The personnel even offered us a cup of coffee /tea. Nice place to go. Definitely worth a look, we will go shop again! Valentin and Irina!”

“Fantastic service. Cannot speak highly enough. Bought a Samsung washer from them and when I installed it (Saturday afternoon) it would not turn on. The owner came into the business on the Sunday in order to exchange the item. Fantastic customer service. And done with a smile. Even contacted me earlier today to make sure that everything was ok? Brilliant!! People need to support businesses like these or may well lose them.”

“Couldn’t recommend these people enough – my washer broke and I needed a replacement I really appreciate how easy they made it, the guy was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me a decent selection to choose from all within my price range, they delivered and installed it the next day and took my old one away. There was a slight issue with the waste pipe not being long enough, which isn’t under their control but he was still very apologetic, it was sorted the next day. Honestly couldn’t be more satisfied, they made everything incredibly easy. Thank you ☺️”
